These are the operating terms for the Selfra waitlist and pre-launch website. When the product ships, we will publish updated terms specific to the device and service, and we will email you before they take effect.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using selfra.ai or joining the Selfra waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Description of service
Selfra is a pre-launch company. The site exists to describe what we are building and to maintain a waitlist for the product. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not create a contract to deliver hardware or software.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist or use the site.
4. Your account and information
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit. If your email changes or you no longer want to be on the list, write to us at hello@selfra.ai.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site. Do not submit automated or fraudulent signups. Do not abuse the contact channels. We may revoke access for any of these.
6. Intellectual property
The Selfra brand, the site, and the underlying code are the property of Selfra. You retain ownership of any content you submit to us, and you grant us a limited license to use that content for the purposes you submitted it for.
7. Communications
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive launch and product update emails from Selfra. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with the word remove, or by emailing privacy@selfra.ai.
8. Disclaimers
The product is pre-launch. Pricing, availability, hardware specifications, and software features are subject to change. Nothing on this site is medical advice. For health decisions, consult a qualified professional.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selfra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which during the pre-launch period is zero.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selfra and its team from claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the site or waitlist for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed in good faith by direct communication. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
14. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members.
